Godrej Eon Faulty A/C Not Repaired

I had purchased a Godrej Eon 1.5 Ton Split AC (Model: GSC18FG8MOG) during August 2015 and the same has malfunctioned for the second time now (within the first year of purchase) and the problem is just the same on both the occasions. The technician who attended has suggested that the problem is with the fan controller. The same thing happened during December 2015 and as it was winter, I didn’t mind waiting for the spare for about 15 days during which the AC was down! This time however, I am facing terrible inconvenience in the middle of this summer season and the technician seems to be clueless as to when he will be able to fix it. It has already been three (3) days now that I am waiting for the technician to come with the spare and fix it. Complain No: G1307956702 dtd. 13/07/16 Under the above circumstances it appears that the AC I purchased is a defective one and therefore must be replaced. With Regards S S Datta 81359501XX
