I hv purchased a godrej fridge on 28/05/2013 from narav agency dealer from sagara.my fridge warranty period is for 1years from purchased date. the fridge is giving a problem from purchased.as the fridge is giving a loud sound.we complained the dealer then the company technician visited after several days and replaced the compressor.since the problem is not solved it is giving a loud noise as earlier.so again i complained at godrej customer care for 10 -12times.my complaint no is 831183.the customer care executives tell that our technician will visit our premises but till now no technician has visited.everyday they tell the same.they only tell that we will forward ur complaint on urgent basis to shimoga godrej service centre but we are not receiving any reply frm there..when last called at godrej customer care no I told the executive that I want to talk to senior executive they told that the seniors will call u after half n hour but no seniors called me till now.I am very fed up with the company so please take a strict action against the company..
