We buy a microwave in November 2013 but from jan. 2014 it was not working properly.in feb 2014 we complained it to brad customer service a technician came and tell us that one part was damaged so engineer of company will come solve your problem .but now no one has come .we are now in very difficult.

Change that part or microwave as soon as possible.
