I Booked washing machine (GWF 650 FDC) on 28th April 2013 and paid the full amount (rs. 14750/) and delivery was to happen on 1st May 2013, but after doing followup with various agents at Godrej i got connected with Vinod Mehendiratta who and got delivery of other machine (WT Eon 650 PF Mettallic) after paying the extra charges of Rs. 1950/- Total Cost of Machine 16679 instead of Rs. 14750) on 25th May 2013 after one month of payment and followups.

This is defictive machine and i have paid sum of Rs. 16679 /- for the product which we have not used for one day instead godrej have utilised the money for company. I need to be compensated for the pain i and i family have gone because of this product (we have engaged One person for washing at our house @ 1500/- per month in lieu of non funtional of product. Interest on the taken by Godrej for defective product and with replacement of product.
