I and my sister had booked a round trip from Mumbai to Kolkata and return. Returning was on Aug 02, 2014. However on reaching Airport it was informed to me that the agent (that is GoIbibo) has cancelled the PNR. On calling the customer care number, the agent informed me that someone called in to cancel the tickets, but there was no such call made from me or my sister.

I want the ticket money back i.e. Rs. 5096/-. Along with I want them to pay me for the tension that I was put into and for the time lost waiting for them to revert. For which I want atleast Rs. 10,000/-. Have attached only one such mail that I have marked to the customer care email id of GoIbibo. Total number of mails marked is 6.
