The brand name is www.goibibo.com. Since the name is not there in the list, I have given it as Yatra)I booked a bus tkt. through “goibibo” website from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 17th May (PNR – TS-RB8574596RVR/864697) for day service on 25th May by Orange travels. I had booked 3 seats for which I paid Rs.2600/-. On 25th May, I got sms from “goibibo” about my boarding details at 11:50 am from Bangalore (Hebbal). But, when I went to the boarding point, I was surprised to learn that the ticket was cancelled. I tried to contact “goibibo” customer care and spoke to them 3 times (to Abhishek and Jubar). 2 times, I was told that my tkt. is confirmed but when I said that the Bus operator are saying that the tkt. is cancelled, the call was placed on hold for about 10 min. and I could not get the final response. 3rd time I was told that your ticket was cancelled. Later, I had to book a fresh tkt. at a higher price to travel with my family members. Next day early morning (on 26th May), I got sms from “goibibo” that the tkt. is cancelled and a refund of Rs.2150 will be made. But why the tkt. was cancelled and who cancelled it I don’t know.
