Hi, I have booked a hotel through goibibo.com on 11th Aug (2rooms & 2couple) & received confirmation voucher also for 15th, 16th & 17th Aug’14 at Disha Residency Ganpatipule, I have paid the entire booking amount from my credit card account after talking to customer care. After a day I received a mail that respective hotel is regretting the confirmation so they are arranging for alternative. They have made arrangements in another hotel that too after rigorous follow up. On 14th Aug they have confirmed another hotel (Landmark Ganpatipule). But it was very inappropriate arrangement, on 15th Aug 2 rooms for 2 couples & on 16th Aug only one room between 2 couples with proper arrangements. We have left with no choice other than accepting the last moment arrangement. However Goibibo has agreed to refund one room cancellation amount for one night (email communication attached for the same). Hotel service was pathetic & there were no proper arrangements as committed by Goibibo, also till date the refund has not yet come for one day, one room cancellation. We have tried to follow up thorough E-mail & telepathically with customer care but no proper response received from Goibibo. Seeking your kind help on this matter. One day cancellation amount not yet refund which is Rs. 1214.75/- > Reasonable compensation on inconvenience caused & waste of time.
