I had booked bus tickets for self and wife from shirdi to pune on 14 feb 2015. Later i wanted to cancel it. On Goibibo website they showed faster refund we can keep in their wallet which i agreed, thinking they will use it for next trip. When i made another booking same sector on 10th they too part of as credit and balance i had to pay. That booking also i cancelled. now they have refund only part i paid and took back credit to their wallet.

Since I have no plans to travel asked for refund which is being REFUSED.
