Booked a round trip ticket through Goibibo for Spicejet Airline (PNR No: ZBJMSQ) amounting INR 15510, later had to cancel it. Refund of only INR 5141 was done Goibibo, claiming that full refund is pending from Spicejet end. However, Spicejet claimed to have refunded an amount above INR 11,000 after deductions to Goibibo on 9th Dec’14.

Immediate refund of my pending due. Also, if the statement of Spicejet is true for full refund in the month of December’14 and the delay is due to Goibibo’s fault, then judicial action against Goibibo in accordance with the law for intentionally holding up my money and also for the mental harassment faced for the past two months during repeated communication for recovering my refund. Also, a financial penalty in the form of compensation equivalent to the PNR booking amount should be imposed on them.
