I had booked tickects to shirdi. An amount of Rs.8900/- was deducted from SBI internet transcation. but seats were not allotted. on contact with goibibo they said it is not our fault contact SBI. I lodged a complaint with SBI. accordingly SBI dealt the complaint as follows.

presently bank personnel are telling we have done our part of job it is for the goibibo to settle.
goibibio redressal cell on several reminders tell contact SBI.
