Goibibo – Transaction failed, refund delayed

2 Months back on 18th Oct 2014 I have tried booking my Ticket from Pune to Indore but the transaction has been failed due to some technical issue but my money from my online SBI account has been deducted which is not refunded till date so as a customer of Goibibo I have faced 2 issues. 1) First I have booked the tickets successfully but later on I got to know that my tickets are not confirmed and I had to search for some other buses at the eleventh hour. 2) Secondarily it’s been more than a month I have been following with Goibibo customer care executives and they were promising me to refund the amount within 3-4 business days. This has happened 4 times to be exact.

Relief I am Expecting : 1) Refund of 2400 Rupees. 2) 10,000 Rupees for the time and money I have invested in calling them. 3) Apology from the management team for not responding to my mails.
