I was purchased a ready built house in Ratlam (M.P.) in scheme named Gokuldham on survey no.113/2,113/3,113/4( Vill- Rajgarh,Tehsil- Ratlam) from Mr. Jitendra Nagal (DMS Bulder & Developer) Address- 66,Nagarwas, Ratlam (M.P.) Mobile: 09039484xxx,09039499xxx. Duration of my sold agreement was 10 months with effect from 09 Aug 2012 to 09 Jun 2013. hence 10 months completed after agreement expired and till now my house not yet ready. purchased rate of house was Rs. 20.5 Lakhs and builder was taken Rs. 18.7 Lakhs i.e.( 91 %) of total cost. now after paying 91% of total cost builder not interested to complete my house and avoiding me since last four months. i was sanctioned housing loan of Rs. 8 Lakhs for this purpose and paying EMI OF Rs. 12872/- from Jun 2013 onwards. i ma an defence personand posted outside Madhya Pradesh and i have not enough time to handle this situaton. kindly suggest me about procedure and rules for taking claim from builder in this situation.
