I have been associated with golds gym since feb 2012 and i have experienced the brand it carries. This is to bring to your kind notice that below is the trail mail which i am following up with the golds gym surat ghod dod road branch. In the month of May 13 I had paid the renewal fees for personal trainer (Mr Mayur) of Rs 9500/- and after three days I got my transfer orders. Hence I approached Mr Naeem for refund. As I haven’t utilised the same and so i requested for refund. After several reminder there is no courtesy to reply on the below mail. Second and most important i am not asking for 100% refund. i have request to dedcut the reasonalble amount and refund the rest of the amount

I have requested to deduct a resonable amount and refund the rest of the amount. Please help me on the same I really look forward for a positive response
