I recently purchased a LG Nexus Mobile Smartphone which costs 25,999 Rs. Considering the amount it is assumed that the front glass and screen are made of good quality so that they are resistant to accidental falls from shorter heights and not too fragile . The mobile actually fell from a distance of less than a feet from ground and this happened just 1 day after purchasing it . The product details are – LG – E960 and the serial number is – 305KPKN363885 and IMEI number is – 356489-05-363885-9 . To my surprise when I picked it up I could see a big crack on the screen and the touchpad was not working . Not only this , when I searched on the net I could find similar complaints of glass breaking and being very fragile . I wonder how come this glass built of Gorilla Glass be some delcately made and faulty . I want complete replacement of the touchpad because the orginal which broke was of low quality and faulty . I , as a consumer of LG mobile feels cheated .

Want immediate replacement of the screen / touchpad as the earlier one was faulty of low quality .
