sir, i have purchased a tablet device online from govasool.com there was some problem with the display of my device so they replaced my tablet with a new one but the new tablet don’t cont contain all the features of my old tablet. another thing is, that the new tablet is also faulty it freeze anywhere restarts automatically and so on… i went to so many times to there service center but even then i won’t get a positive response from them and now i am still using that faulty tablet. i have call on the number of costumer care so many times but nothing happens mine old one support the dongle feature but this one not supports the dongle feature so please help me… my tablet device is just 2 months old
