I am a reliance smart GSM customer from Siliguri (W.B.) zone and my number is 9832008634. On 05/06/2009 Friday I recharged on my number Rs. 39 for weekend internet access at 9.20 pm but I could not access even for a single due to technical problem on their part. I complained on 06/06/2009 vide complain Id no. 99912129 and contacted several times to customer care but all goes in vain and the problem has not been solved within the time limit. Now,the the stipulated time for accessing this service is over but they refuse to refund me the rupees. Please help.
