I have been using Cross road road side assistance from last two years and it has been helping me so far , Today on 26th April 2014 , I faced extremely disappointing experience . I live in Ghaziabad , I had a flat tire when I visited Mahagun Metro mall , I called up Cross roads and within 45 minutes their mechanic Named Fircan , Cell # 9211141xxx reached on site . Since I was not having any spare tire , he told me that he will have to go get the puncture repaired . I was fine with that approach . He took the tire and told me that he will be back in 30 minutes …. After 15 minutes he called me and told me that my tube is not in good condition and it has to be changed .. I said ok go ahead .. He came back and fixed my tire he charged me INR 450 for changing the Tube. I left the mall after 15 minutes and had hardly reached 200 meters away from the mall and the same tire was flat again .. I was surprised to see that and frustrated as well. Luckily there was a puncture shop near by , I asked him to check my tire .. to my surprise .. an extremely old and out of size tube came out … I asked him is it new tube … he said it is wrong tube and already repaired multiple times…… I was angry and frustrated , I also took photographs of the tube , please refer to attachments I called Cross roads call center , they told me my complaint # 300 is already closed , I told them history .. they took Mechanic Fircan on call and Fircan told me that no he has replaced the tire …. when I confronted .. he said he will be coming there in few minutes … Cross road call center guy Ayub told me that mechanic is coming there in 8-10 minutes but there was no one… I waited there for hours with no one coming back in fact Call center guys also stopped picking up my phone … Completely exhausted and devastated with this kind of service I bought a new tube for INR 350 got it changed my self and came back home … I still have the tube which your Mechanic Fircan claimed to be new I am wondering, was paying for this kind of service from last two years ???

I would like to get my Annual contract fee that is INR 600 completely refunded and also the fee charged by their Mechanic should also be refunded in full i.e INR 450
