I Purchase a product from grabmore.in website on 13th June’15 and take the Cash on Delivery option. My Order No is 105725. PROBLEM is – I Got a mail today 22st June’15 that my order is Cancelled.I replied them whats the reason. They Replied their Seller is out of stock of that product and they will intimate me when that product will be available. Then I replied Dear Devipriya.S, Kindly Update my order Status which is Presently cancelled to Pending. Order #105725 and please update me ASAP when is the prospective Date/Time of the Delivery. They are not ready to do so and making false commitments and they are having unethical ways to do the business. Then I got the Reply Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us, As informed earlier your order is cancelled due to no stock hence we shall update you once the product is available in future.

I want that product. The Website Grabmore.in should tell me when they will deliver me that product. I have made promises to others and I have to fulfill them. Hope I will get full Support from your end.
