I purchased Their Grand Water Purifier. (Bill Number 4230, Purchase Date 3/10/2013). I was promised for four free services for first year. It was also mentioned in warranty card. But no one ever came for service. I kept calling many many times, and now they stopped picking up my phone. I have the Bill warranty card etc. I can scan it and provide if required.
Running the RO water purifier without any service. The company cheated on services provided for product.
Kindly ask them to provide me the four free services to the RO machine. I would be very thankful to you.
