purchased a LED tv set from Greendust.com on 16.08.2013 of LG,But i was not provided the remote which comes along with the TV set.I had talk several times to the company consumer hepline number they only assure you will get the remote soon but till now i didnit get it. Order No-2240256

i only want my remote to be given.
