GRIEVANCES AGAINST SERIVCES OF AIRTEL

HI i AM A AIRTEL PREPAID SUBCRIBER. MY MOBILE NO. IS 9892440128, THE VALIDITY OF MY CARD EXPIRED ON 12.9.2009. THE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF HAVE BEEN MISGUIDING AND GIVING WRONG INFORMATION ON HOW TO VALIDATE THE CARD. AT FIRST INSTANCE ON 11.9.2009 I WAS INSTRUCTED TO GET THE VALIDATION DONE ON RECHARGE OF RS. 45/- .HOWEVER, RECHARGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. ON INQUIRY AT CUSTOMER CARE , I WAS INFORMED THAT SINCE THAT SCHEME IS APPLICABLE ONLY ON SELECTED NUMBERS THEREFORE RECHARGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND I WAS ASKED TO GET RECHARGE OF RS.99/- DONE FOR VALIDITY. I DID THE SAME HOWEVER, THE CARD BECAME INOPERATIVE ON 12.9.2009. UPON INQUIRY WITH CUSTOMER CARE I WAS INFORMED BY SUPERVISOR THAT THEY HAVE DONE GPRS ACTIVATION AND I WAS ASKED TO GO TO THE AIRTEL GALLERY. AT THE AIRTEL GALLERY AT MIRA ROAD,THANE THE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME HE HAD SEND THE REQUEST TO BACK END OFFICE AND ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HRS . NOBODY COULD EXPLAIN WHY THIS PROBLEM WAS ARISING AND MOREOVER NO COMPLAINT NUMBER WAS PROVIDED. EVEN AFTER 24 HRS ALSO , THE CARD WAS INOPERATIVE. AGAIN ON VISITING THE EXECUTIVE AT AIRTEL GALLERY, MIRA ROAD I WAS INFORMED BY THE SAME EXECUTIVE THAT THE MATTER IS TAKEN UP WITH SUPERVISOR WHO HAS INTURN ASKED TO WAIT FOR NEXT 48 HRS. LOTS OF HARASSMENT HAS BEEN CAUSED SINCE LAST 3 DAYS ENDING IN NO PROPER RESPONSE AND INCURRING OF UNNECESSARY TRAVELLING EXPENSES. THE STAFF AT CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT AT ALL TRAINED AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE. I WANT A PROPER REPLY FOR THIS DILLYDALLYING . AND MY CARD SHOULD BE IN OPERATION . THERE IS TALKTIME WORTH 469/- ON SAID CARD
