Brought passes for new years eve worth Rs. 6000 taking place in Tulip star Hotel, Juhu, through Groupon.co.in, however, when we reached the venue there was no event happening and no organiser was present to give any information about refund process. The voucher given to us through the online booking does mention that in case of event cancellation full refund shall be provided by the organisers.

Paid Rs. 6000 for entry of 3 people including myself, could not celebrate new years eve anywhere else due to the event cancellation which has disappointed me a lot

My refund and compensation for the loss of mental peace and imbalance caused to me.
