groupon.com – Recieved Damaged product and not replaced

Dear Sir, I bought the product online from groupon.com which was delivered by chroma retail for my aunt.My aunt recieved the product in damaged condition on 19th September.I filed a complaint but till today neither the product has been replaced nor any action has been taken.I have called to groupon and chroma so many times mailed them but only response is given is ‘sorry for the incovenience and we will shortly resolve your query.But nothing has happened till date i am just tired of trying now and now i want to take them to consumer court for troubling me so much being a tata and reputed enterprise.I have all the proofs and details to go ahead now
damaged product recieved 10-15 calls to chroma and groupon.com
compensation for the trouble caused with product to be replaced
