I was doing shopping from groupon but due to some reason, my online transaction fails. Now both Groupon and Banks are not taking responsibity of my failed transaction and not refunding my money back. I have been contacting with both from past 2 months but still they haven’t refunded my money.
I want my money back as well as compensation for mental stress that they have been giving me from past 2 months.
