My name is Sanchi Choudhary. I travelled with gulf air on 9th of jan 2014 , my bag was not delivered with other customers. I was promised that my bag would be delivered the next day evening. It has not been delivered till date. If I call on concerned numbers someone picks up the call and keeps it.i dont know what to do.

I want my bag and refund for the inconvenience caused to me so that they would never trouble anyone like this.
