I bought mattress from Gupta Foam House shop, Jail Road. While I was looking for the branded mattress,Mr.Pawan Gupta has insisted me to buy zoom brand mattress which is better for orthopedic reason.He convinced me that it is better than any other mattress. He also be-fooled me and sold two (6x3x5) mattress at Rs. 9000. which is far more than market rate. When I started to use this mattress it started to give pain on back,which suggest it is not a good quality mattress. When I contacted the person for mattress change or refund then he is not ready for it.

From one month I am having back pain due to mattress that I have purchased.Whenever I sleep on it,it hurts on my back. It all started after sleeping on this mattress. I just want shopkeeper either refund my money or exchange it with a branded mattress like Kurlon etc.
