On 28.02.2013 I have purchased a CCTV Cameras( still under warranty- warranty period of 1 year ie till 28.02.2014) ) I made this purchase from H.S. TRADING Plot No 2-3-15/2 2nd Floor, Above Punjab National Bank, Gandhi Marker, Ranigunj-Secunderabad, Hyderabad – 500003. This products performed well so based on which I wanted to purchase another camera so in this connection I have contacted the H S TRADING again in the month of December 2013. The technician came and they changed 5 amps and replaced that with 10 amps and installed the new camera on 03.12.2013 . I presume that probably the installation might not have been done properly these engineer were hurrying and in some time there was a short circuit and the entire system was crashed. I have contacted H.S.Trading on the very next day and they came checked the system and left and they came again and have taken 6 cameras telling that they would replace them all. And I have been contacting since 13.12.2013 they are not responding properly , causing lot of mental agony to me and my entire family and putting my life on stake as the main reason for installing this I have legal disputes and enmity with my neighbours due to which I wanted my house under complete surveillance . When I contact them they are not replacing them neither answer my calls or revert to my calls . They simply say they need time and not telling us anything . I am lost here as I don’t get any answers from H S TRADING. It has been clearly mentioned on the bills that all the cameras including the wiring and all other accessories are under 1 year warranty.

I NEED THE ALL THE CAMERAS TO BE REPLACED WHICH ARE UNDER WARRANTY
