I have purchased Haier CG220 on 7/01/2013 from Reliance Webworld. Now the handset is creating a problem for which I have been to the Service Centre at Gourisaria Electronics, 9 India Exchange Place Kolkata who has taken the handset and kept with him for 3 days after which he returned handset informing the problem has been resolved. When I checked I found that the Service Center has done nothing and the handset was returned without service. Today again I visited and now he has asking me to pay for service even when the handset is in the warranty period. He is not willing to listen to me. I spoke to the call center that insisted me to visit other SC. Pls look into the matter and help resolve the issue . Since the handset is in Warranty Period hence i am not suppose to pay.
I want my phone to be exchanged.
