6 months ago I went to the clinic for hair fall problem.after doing some hair and scalp test they suggested their treatment called Anagrow which cost me 50 thousand rupees for one year.then they prescribed medicines and oil,shampoo etc for 1 year which cost me 20k.now after 6 months when there is no improvement and rather my hair has become thinner than before they are telling me that there is no scope for me to get my hair back and there will be no new growth.The 50k treatment that they gave was for increasing my hair thickness.I wanted to know how much thickness they wanted to achieve? When I complained about no improvement they are telling me there is no solution and I will have to go for surgery if I want.though I had asked about surgery in the very beginning they did not do it and now after taking money its their plan to take more money. This is simply cheating people who go to them with lots of hope.please help.

I want my money back and also their brand should be blacklisted as they are fooling people with their highly expensive useless products and services.
