Mfrs name- Honda Siel Dealers:Hallmark Automotive Pvt. Ltd.,Navi Mumbai Car regn. No. MH43AL7146 1. Car delivered to me is an old warehouse stock manufactured in May 12 & delivered on 31st Oct. 12 2. Cost of car charged to me as per Sales Contract is Rs.894000/- as against invoice given of Rs. 868034/-3. RTO regn charges are Rs.75790/- as against Rs.85960/- in the Sale Contract. NMMC Cess(@ 1% of Invoice value) is also lower than Rs.8940 indicated in the contract. My grievance is that I have been overcharged as car price of old stock is lower alongwith all related charges of RTO, NMMC Cess etc. And I have been given an old car idling & lying in warehouse for almost 6 months even during monsoon which will have impact on the performance. Mileage from this car is much lower as compared to previous two Cars of same Make & Model used by me and much less than 16.8 km/l indicated in the card given with the car though they insist that it does not have any impact. Matter has been taken up with Hallmark Honda as well as through Honda Siel through their Customer relations manager but they are adamant in saying there is nothing wrong & this is generally followed by all companies. 1. Immediate Refund of overcharged amount of Rs.36396. 2. Suitable remedial action or compensation for the lower performance in terms of mileage. 3. Suitable corrective action to ensure that such treatment is not given by the dealer/company to to another customer especially he is a loyal customer going for the third car of the same Model/Brand.
