i purchase this halo value + tab on 13-9-13 and after purchasing its get defected so i drop it to service center and they replaced my tab, after 10 days again it gets defected and then its been at service center till today, its been more than 4 months, i many times write and call them but they didn’t help me at all and deny of extending my warranty when will be they give my tab and i asked then that give my money back now because i didn’t receive this tab now, or replaced it with another well working model., but they denied that its not their policy. so now i need help.
i want a new tablet from them which is far better from this, and a lesson to them so they didnt fool anyone else.
