I have purchased a offset machine used (RC)Hamada 700 DX Model From Maa Bhawati Graphics, Main Road Mandawali Delhi 1100092 and paid a Sum of Rs. 190000.00 and i have been told that the machine shall be dispatched to you with in few days. On dated 09-04-2013 he dispatched the machine through Chinar Raod Line. At mid night on dated 14-04-2013 and threaten over mobile have no. 07669282858 which is not of the Vikas Mishra the owner of the Maa Bhagwati Graphics that your machine shall be detained near Pathankot (Punjab) if you will not pay a sum of Rs. 15000.00 to the patrolling party. I told him that who can I pay the sum of Rs. 15000.00 to the party and how can I agree that our machine shall be seized by the party as i am exporting goods from outside the state since long and never met this type of incident. That a party is going to purchase any item has been contacted to pay a any type of commission / bribery. After that I talked to Mr Vikas Mishra for this episode on the same night, he replies that I shall consult agent to solve this problem after some time I again speak to him about this episode he told that the matter has been solved and you need not bury. The next day he told that I have paid a sum of Rs 13000.00 to party which may be sent to me. Meanwhile the Machine has been reached at udhampur from where it has been transported to Ramnagar at my shop. When machine has been checked and it has established that most of the parts have not been with machine and I again spoken to Vikas Mishra about this he replies that first sent an amount of Rs. 13000.00 then I will sent my mechanic with the parts which are not with the machine, it clearly indicate that he deliberately arrange all this plans. It has created a lot of tension / harassment to the entire family and I have also suffering a huge loss. It is my humble request to get the matter solved as I have saw that all the cases have been solved through this national help line

I want that Vikas who has sent me the machine (Offset Printing) sent his mechanic alongwith the part of the machine which he has not sent with the machine immediately so that i may not suffer any more
