dear sir/madam,
this is to certify that i am gourab saha and i am from birati.Acctually sir/madam i took loan from ranajit maji on last december 2008 ,by amount Rs- 87,000/- by cash.In the middle my father Mr.gour chandra saha(in favour of my self,gourab saha,coz i am not unemployed) issue a cheque by 10000 and but unfortunetly that cheque was bounce due to not arrangement of fund,but next in few days i paid the amount of 37000/- by cash and also by bank a/c(direct cash deposit). So inmoment my outstanding is 50000/- and i wrote in court paper,that i will repay the outstanding amount with in 10th january,2010, with the presence of three eye withness.this is the fact.
But inmoment that person Mr ranajit maji ,a notice send in my house against cheque
bounce,but my objection is i already make fresh payment against this bouncecheque,but i forgot to return back this cheque from ranajit maji and he also create harrasment in phone and try to creates like blackmailing.

I shall be highly oblige if you grant my request and pls take some step to mutual this factor
to be needfull.
