One year ago i took up the new mts connection dated 24. 06. 2015 vide no 84593 53522 and i used the services for one month and for which i have made payment after that i have discontinued my service and full n final settlement paid to company by talking with mts executive and asked for NOC letter they told me not to worry sir we will send you and bill closed by them and told that you will never get any calls from there side after one month one new bill generated and i contacted with company that i have made the full n final settlement why new bill was generated and neither they have taken any action and nor giving me NOC letter by continously contacted with company instead of giving me NOC letter they are harassing me by making many calls of threat by saying that if you not pay the bill you have to pay 17000 as penalty
