I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 28,000/- from India Bulls Pvt. Ltd. in Jan 2007. I could pay 5 installments only in 2007 and the rest of the amount was pending due to severe financial problems in the family. In June 2010 officials from India Bulls had contacted me for immediate repayment of the balance Rs. 20,000/-. Due to their harassment I had to file a police complaint. Again on December 5, 2011, one lady from India Bulls office, delhi had called me for immediate repayment. I asked her for sometime for repayment but she was unwilling to give time. She called again on December 7, 2011. She used abusive language for almost half an hour for not repaying the loan. I am ready to repay the loan Rs.1,000 per month for the remaining part of the loan amount of Rs. 20,000/-. I am the sole bread winner of my family and have two sons who are school going.
