harassment by the company by activating and deducting charges for the add on services by airtel company without asking the customer

i have purchased a prepaid gsm connection 9872027729(Airtel) for my mother. but the company is not giving its services properly. Airtel used to activate the add on services by itself and keep on deducting the charges. The first service was regarding some jokes and it was to be activated by contacting the customer care service. And some other service next time and again i have to call the customer care for the deactivation. Latest incident hapened on 8th Nov when the company again activated the services of internet radio by without our information after deducting Rs 10. my mother rarely uses this phone. so we could not notice that deduction. but today again the company deducted Rs 30 for the renewal charges. when the customer care was contacted they said that they can only deactivate the service but cannot refund the deducted amount as this service has been activated by us. this is a lie and a total harrassment as well.
