Sub- Unnecessary harassment by Royal Sundram Alliance Insurance Co.Ltd.

Dear Sir
I beg to state and draw your kind attention to the following facts,
That I purchased Tata Indica Car Modal-2002 from Shri Udai Bhan Singh of Bharatpur in 2004 & it was duly insured with Royal Sundram Policy no.VPC0074215000100
stolen an 13-06-2009 I have submit my claim 06\07\2009 with all formalities
.That the insurance co. with an illegal motive in order to harass me , Sent a letter dated 16-03-2010 asking me to submit the claim form, copy of letter of R.T.O. to keep file in safe custody and third key of the vehicle and intentionally alleged the delay of claim alleged submitted on 11-08-2009
. At that the time submission of claim its documents and 2, keys available with us we have clarified entire position to your server and third key was never asked for or demanded
That it is not out of place to mention here that the said vehicle was initially financed by Tata Engg.& Loco Co. Ltd. by the original owner and at the time of purchase of the vehicle from Shri Udai Bhan Singh, I have received only 2.key,s which I have deposited with the insurance co.
That now period of more than 7 years has passed and now at this stage the demand of 3rd key seems not to be reasonable and it is difficult to trace the where about of the said 3r d Key at present
That I have again submitted the claim form etc . as desired. That it seems that the insurance co. simply wants to harass me and is prolonging the claim on one ground or the other for nothing and has some ill motive and in this connection has wrongly mentioned that the claim was reported on 11-08-2009 where as I have preferred the claim on 06-07-2009
I therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter immediately and direct the insurance co. to send the claim amount immediately without any further harassment as it has already been much delayed
