Respected sir, my name is Navneet sharma from Delhi I had purchased Hard disk 250 MB but it is not working properly serial number is that- WCAYV0182038. I had purchased last year on dated 14/6/2010 it is 5 warranty.I went in service center but they did not change my hard disk they told me your warranty period has been expired but it is not possible I had showed bills but they did not response me in proper way.customer care number is that 1800-200-5789. please you do something and action against him.

I want my hard disk change early please
