I am regularly reciving phone calls from Idea.They are trying to annoy me.I have already told him DND is already activated on number.But they told nothing gone happen.its our regular word.The person is calling me they got my no from one of friend.But after first call i told “i dont need any IDEA SIM.please do not call me again.But after one week they again called me & harras me because i am working night shift.So day time is important for me for sleeping.

Please get it resolved or provide me they way it could be resolved.

What is the legal way to sue him.
