I have applied for personal loan, Barcleys Finance – Thane Branch done all the verification and saction me a loan amt of Rs 1 Lac 82 Thousand 180 only. They have given me the sanction letter for the same, they deposite the cheque in my saving account and next day they have stop the payment, when I asked Ms Pooja Santosh at Barcleys Finance – Thane, she said they have not checked my companies turnover. They have not asked me my companies turnover which is 2 billion dollar p a and their details is easily available on our companies web site. Apart from this now they have started cutting EMI from my saving account of Rs 5450/-. I do not understand they have not given me the loan amount and also started collecting my hard earn mony from my salary account. I need a justice please let me know how to do complaint about this and charge the harresment compensation on Barcleys Finance – Thane Branch. Specially Ms Pooja Santosh and Ms Rashmi Dudia at Barcleys Finance – Thane Branch are not ready to cooperate and speaking harsh language to me. I need to file a case against them please guide me.
