Harressment by Airtel DTH

I had a airtel dth customer id 3003413134 which was returned 4-5 months back. Inspite of me not using it i was getting called from airtel that my Balance was low and i should recharge it. Same way i got calls from

+911171004380(6-1-12 14:57),
+911171003900(6-1-12 15:47)-this call was picked to hear the IVR message that the balance was low and i should recharge.
and the same continued as below on 8-1-12

After this i called the customer care and told them not to disturb me and i got a reply asking me to register to the DND to which i have already registered years back. After all this i did get 3 SMS Messages from AD-AirtelTV stating(“Now know your digital TV account balance and validity by sending a SMS. Type BAL and send it to 54325 from your registered mobile number”). the messages were timed at 20:14.
