We have taken connection on 08-01-2014 and since than we are not getting proper service. We have opted for 15Mbps plan and the browsing speed is hardly coming 2Mbps also, according to plan the downloading speed should come at least 2Mbps but the downloading speed hardly comes 500Kbps. We have logged lots of complaint regarding this but not getting any response. Even now the internet is not coming we are not able to connect most of the times. Whenever we call for complaint they say the problem will be resolved within 24hrs but issue remains same. We also asked helpdesk that we want to talk to their Manager but no one is bordered about this. We have tried 100 times to contact manager but able to do the same. The service is really and extremely very bad. We are really frustrated to have this internet. We have made advance payment of Rs 3650/-

We require a good service or if they are not able to provide service we will be asking for compensation and refund of advance paid to Hathway at the time of installation.
