I applied for new connection of Hathway Broadband in April. Agents of hathway told me to make online payment in advance for amount of 2359 to hathway. I did same through credit card on 12th April. On 14th April, they found out that connection will not be possible at my residence and so they cancelled my connection. It has been more than month since it but I have not got any refund of advance that I paid.
I am disturbed mentally by this behavior of company, and I need compensation of Rupees 4000 including my phone charges and mental pressure company has given me
