I have been a customer of Hathway broadband for past 6 months. I have the super 16Mbps plan. Initially i paid 3 months advance and I was getting proper Internet services. But after that it has been a nightmare. For a 16Mbps plan the average speed that i recently get is on 200kBps. The Internet connection goes off every night. I am really disappointed with these providers.

I want them to look into this and assure that no other consumer is paying for something that he doesnot get.
