My HATHWAY Account No :1334690 .This is regarding complaint no 12914830, i have raised the complaint on 24.05.2015 on speed issue , the internet net speed is very slow am unable to work in this even hathway main page also not opening some times. the problem was happening from 22.05.205 but i have raised the complaint on 24.05.2015. But still am facing the problem regarding this i have mailed as complaint 4 times latest Complaint NO:12966080 dated 01.06.2015 . Since 24.05.2015 my internet is too slow ans and unable to work as per my plan is 50 mbs but its coimh maximunm 5 mbs. I have called severl times but still problem is persisting the sam ething i have bough Nodal officer and help desk notice(mailed) but i dint got profer feedback and update.
