Hathway Broadband – No Installation even after taking full amount

I applied for a 3-month internet connection with HATHWAY BROADBAND INTERNET and made the full payment in advance as asked by its representative Mr. Siddharth. He assured me that the connection will be installed in 1-2 days. It has been a week and nobody has come for the installation. I have made regular calls to Customer Care and they always respond by saying that they will forward it to Concern Team and it will handle the matter. I have never heard back from them.

I want my money back from HATHWAY as I have no further interest in showing faith towards them. I am extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers.
