Hathway Broadband – shift the connection refused , refund also not issued

Sir/Madam, I have paid in advance for 6 months. At the time of connection they promised to shift connection or refund in case i change my address. Now they have refused saying that this not the issue with Hathway and says that I have taken connection from Hathways daughter company.

Rs .1000 /- and mental torture. They made me call 5 different numbers and finally suggested me to visit their office
