My name is Rahul Kumar and my address is C-8 Third Floor Nawada Housing Complex, I am having Hatway Digital Cable TV services of IN Digital via Smart Card No 000056789712 at the said address from Cable Operator of the area namely ZEE CABLE 62A VIPIN GARDEN UTTAM NAGR NEW DELHI-110059, since 4 to 5 years. He has stopped my service without any intimation and when I visit his office address, he told me that your bill was pending. Then I paid the all bill and request the cable operator please start the service. he has commit the your service will start within 10 minutes but there already given the request 2 days but my service has not start Yet. . This cause a lot of inconvenience for me and it is totally unreasonable practice. His practice is totally unreasonable. Every time his channel is given the error when I asked the cable operator he gives reason that there not any problem in our locally the problem lies in main source. It’s really irritating and his Explanation is not reasonable. And he has also charge his monthly subscription charges 250 Rs.Please request to taken actionable decision for this cable operator and also restores my service. And also given the reason for these nonsense activities. Thanks Rahul Kumar
