i purchased a water heater in dec. 2013. the product has following problems since 1st installation: 1) heavy noise 2) low water outflow pressure I’ve registered the complaint with Havels helpline. The service centre technician visited and took the product with him. He returned the product stating that its ok but the problem is still occurring. This has been reported to the local service provider as well as Havels customer Care dept. but they are not responding at all.
i want the product to be completely replaced and Havels should give me in writing a report on installation of product signed by me and Havels. Also, Havels should reimburse plumbing charges that i’ve incurred just to check that machine is ok or not.
