Dear Railway Board:

I am travelling from Virar to Boisar everyday in the Saurashtra Express 19215 which is coming in Virar station by 9.40 am. In the ladies compartment of this train many hawkers are coming from Palghar station even though the ladies compartment is too crowded. Myself try to complain for the same in Boisar Railway station but they said you can complain in Virar only. When next day I went to Virar Station Master to complain for the same he said give complaint to RPF. When I went to RPF they said go to Palghar Railway station. In this manner nobody lodge a complaint in Virar station. Since my job is at Boisar how can I specially get down at Palghar to lodge a complaint. When I called on helpline no. 23004000 , the lady again said that give your complaint in Palghar station and she diconnected the line while talking. Now in this situation how can we expect justice from these public service places as noone is giving satisfactory answers and also how to overcome this issue.
